How to Access LIFT
- Program is an open community referral service, meaning parents/caregivers and youth between the ages of 12 - 18 years old can contact the LIFT Office for an initial intake. Formal referrals are also accepted from MCFD, CYMH, School District and other community service providers.
- LIFT also provides parent workshops and facilitates parent groups.
- Is available for parents/caregivers living in Ladysmith and Nanaimo school districts.
- Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday, offered in person or virtual.
