Offers specialized employment skills training for young adults and content tailored to 2SLGBTQ+ job seekers.
ETHOS offers free employment and skills development programs, helping individuals thrive through innovative online programs and workshops. The following services are offered:
  • Skills Quest for Young Adults: Offers free self-paced online employment skill training, followed by one-on-one support from a job coach. It’s available to eligible 16-29 year olds residing in south to central Vancouver Island. Individuals interested in the program can apply here.
  • QWORKS: Offers a combination of live online classes & self-paced learning, featuring content tailored to 2SLGBTQ+ job seekers. It is a free 20-week Skills Training for Employment Program, assisting members of British Columbia’s 2SLGBTQ+ community facing multiple barriers to find sustainable employment and includes one-on-one job search support. It’s available across BC (excluding the Lower Mainland). Individuals interested in the program can apply here.
