A team of health care professionals working in association with family physician/nurse practitioner and HIV specialist. They provide an integrated service of prevention, education, treatment and support related to HIV and viral hepatitis:
- Assessment of your situation and education by nurse clinician and/or counselors
- Viral hepatitis & HIV prevention and liver wellness programs
- Assessments, education & support
- Treatment planning and support during your treatment for viral hepatitis or HIV
- Access to Mental Health and Addiction Services Clinician
- A place where family and friends can have their questions answered
